<h2 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:38px">General</h2>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:28px">Version descriptions</h3>

<p>We added version descriptions to all version drop-downs for better identification specific version changes.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-1-1024x518.png" alt="" class="wp-image-27698" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:38px">Inventaire</h2>

<p>Our new Inventory is the new home for all Devices registered with an XOAP Connector. It enables running operational tasks from a central management interface, independent of the location your Devices are located.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:28px">Commands Library</h3>

<p>You can store commands for later use and edit them the same way we support editing resources, including versioning, access to previous versions and download of the commands.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="518" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-2-1024x518.webp" alt="" class="wp-image-27700" srcset="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-2-1024x518.webp 1024w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-2-300x152.webp 300w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-2-768x388.webp 768w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-2-1536x776.webp 1536w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-2.webp 1920w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-2-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>Running a saved command:</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="518" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-3-1024x518.webp" alt="" class="wp-image-27701" srcset="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-3-1024x518.webp 1024w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-3-300x152.webp 300w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-3-768x388.webp 768w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-3-1536x776.webp 1536w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-3.webp 1920w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-3-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:38px">Application Management</h2>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:28px">PSADT v4 Support</h2>

<p>We added support for the latest PSADT v4 packages. You can now upload and deploy your v4 packages in the same way as you did with v3.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="518" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-4-1024x518.webp" alt="" class="wp-image-27702" srcset="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-4-1024x518.webp 1024w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-4-300x152.webp 300w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-4-768x388.webp 768w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-4-1536x776.webp 1536w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-4.webp 1920w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-4-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:28px">Extended support for BYO PSADT packages (v3 and v4)</h3>

<p>As XOAP is using some custom functions to identify correct installation on nodes with PSADT script extensions, we are now adding those extensions automatically during PSADT upload. The same applies to some of the parameters we are using for extended functionality.</p>

<p>This enables customers to upload almost all of their previously created PSADT v3 and v4 packages without prior adjustments, as long as they comply with the PSADT standards.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:21px">Extension scripts</h4>

<p>We are adding two functions as extensions during application upload:</p>

<h5 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:16px">Post-installation</h5>

<p><code>Register-Installation</code></p>

<p>Writes the application parameters into the registry (SOFTWARE/PSADT) to identify applications that were installed.</p>

<h5 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:16px">Post-uninstallation</h5>

<p><code>UnRegister-Installation</code></p>

<p>Adds specific registry information to the packages which gives XOAP the opportunity to identify if the package was uninstalled.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:21px">Adding parameters</h4>

<p>We are using some special parameters for additional functionality inside of XOAP. Therefore we are adding some specific parameters to the installation scripts during upload, if they are not present inside the packages:</p>

<p>PackageType = &#8216;Application&#8217;</p>

<p>TargetOS = &#8216;Any&#8217;</p>

<p>PackageName = &#8216;APP_IgorPavlov_7ZipZS_2501_Any_x86_EN&#8217;</p>

<p>The PackageName parameter is dynamically created based on the application parameters inside the package.</p>

<p><em>The currently available XOAP PSADT Package Wizard is not supporting v4 packages and we are not planning to implement it there.</em></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:38px">Group details page</h2>

<p>Added additional information in Group details page: Deploy Type and Deploy mode.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="518" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-5-1024x518.webp" alt="" class="wp-image-27703" srcset="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-5-1024x518.webp 1024w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-5-300x152.webp 300w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-5-768x388.webp 768w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-5-1536x776.webp 1536w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-5.webp 1920w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/changelog-nov-2025-5-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>This update brings a series of powerful improvements to application and configuration management. From streamlined group handling to enhanced deployment visibility and new policy workflows, these changes are designed to make managing your XOAP environment faster, more intuitive, and more reliable.</p>
</blockquote>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Application Management</strong></h2>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>New application upload flow</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>The application upload process has been redesigned for better clarity and control. Users can now define key metadata, validate packages, and track upload progress with greater reliability.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-1-1024x521.png" alt="New application upload flow, step one" class="wp-image-23046"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Add multiple applications with the ability to overwrite existing ones when needed or a batch upload capability to assign the same tag to all resources.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-2-1024x521.png" alt="New application upload flow, step two" class="wp-image-23047"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Detailed tracking of the upload process with details of every single application.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-3-1024x521.png" alt="New application upload flow, step three" class="wp-image-23049"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-4-1024x521.png" alt="New application upload flow, step four" class="wp-image-23050"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Added the capability to directly create Application groups or assign the applications to an existing group.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-5-1024x521.png" alt="New application upload flow, step five" class="wp-image-23052"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Add to group</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Applications can now be assigned to existing groups directly from the application list, reducing navigation overhead and enabling faster deployments.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="521" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-6-1024x521.png" alt="Add to group" class="wp-image-23053" srcset="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-6-1024x521.png 1024w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-6-300x153.png 300w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-6-768x391.png 768w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-6-1536x781.png 1536w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-6-2048x1042.png 2048w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-6-18x9.png 18w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Create Application group</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Users can now create new groups inline while managing applications, streamlining the group assignment process without leaving the current workflow.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-7-1024x521.png" alt="Create Application group, step one" class="wp-image-23054"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>The adjustment of installation parameters during this process is also available.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-8-1024x521.png" alt="Create Application group, step two" class="wp-image-23055"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>New group details</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Application Groups now include a dedicated detail view with all relevant metadata, assigned applications, and policies, making group management faster and more transparent.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Added “Force reboot” switch in groups</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>A new configuration switch allows admins to enforce a reboot after application deployment when necessary, improving compliance with update policies.</p>

<p>For reboots to be initiated to the corresponding Policy on the Configuration group in Configuration Management needs to allow reboots too.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Added “Continue on error” switch in groups</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>This option enables deployments to proceed even if one application fails, allowing for more resilient workflows and fewer total failures during group deployments.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Added &#8220;Copy installation command&#8221; functionality in addition to &#8220;Download installation script&#8221;</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Users can now copy the installation command directly to their clipboard, alongside the existing download option for installation scripts.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-9-1024x521.png" alt="Added &quot;Copy installation command&quot; functionality in addition to &quot;Download installation script&quot;" class="wp-image-23057"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Adjust parameters directly</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Application deployment parameters can now be edited inline without navigating to advanced settings. This allows for quicker customization of install behavior, environment variables, and execution flags directly from the main interface.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-10-1024x521.png" alt="Adjust parameters directly" class="wp-image-23058"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Assign additional applications to group</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>You can now assign multiple additional applications to an existing group in a single step. This enhancement speeds up bulk configuration tasks and reduces the friction when updating group memberships across large deployments.</p>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-may-2025-11-1024x521.png" alt="Assign additional applications to group" class="wp-image-23059"/></figure>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Track installation failure and success on group level</strong></h3>

<div style="height:20px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p>Application Groups now provide aggregated deployment results, allowing you to track installation success and failure rates at the group level. This gives you better visibility into rollout status and simplifies troubleshooting across large-scale deployments.</p>

<p>We’re excited to introduce the biggest XOAP update yet — a massive leap forward in performance, design, and usability. This release doesn’t just improve the platform; it sets the stage for a new era of features, modules, and innovation within XOAP.</p>
</blockquote>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Complete re-design of our design system</h2>

<p>We’ve fully reworked the XOAP design system from the ground up. This includes new UI components, layout principles, spacing rules, and typography adjustments, aiming for a more cohesive and scalable user interface across all modules.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Light theme</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-1-1024x521.png" alt="XOAP light theme" class="wp-image-22875"/></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Dark theme</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-2-1024x521.png" alt="XOAP dark theme" class="wp-image-22874"/></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">New data table functionality for multi-selections</h2>

<p>The data tables now support native multi-selection capabilities, allowing users to perform bulk operations more efficiently.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-3-1024x226.png" alt="Multi selections option" class="wp-image-22873"/></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Removed settings area</h2>

<p>The legacy <strong>Paramètres</strong> section has been deprecated and removed. Configuration options have been redistributed to contextually relevant areas within the platform to reduce complexity and improve discoverability.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">New theme switcher functionality</h2>

<p>A new global theme switcher allows users to toggle between light and dark modes. The theme preference is persisted per user and supports live switching without requiring a page reload.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Workspace name added to navigation bar</h2>

<p>The current workspace name is now visible in the top navigation bar, improving orientation for users working across multiple environments or tenants.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Renamed module areas to increase clarity</h2>

<p>Several module names and labels have been updated to better reflect their purpose and functionality, helping users navigate the platform more intuitively.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Image Management</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td>Old name</td><td>New name</td></tr><tr><td>Images</td><td>Image Definitions</td></tr><tr><td>Rôles</td><td>Provisioner Roles</td></tr><tr><td>Groupes</td><td>Provisioner Groups</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Configuration Management</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td>Old name</td><td>New name</td></tr><tr><td>Groupes</td><td>Configuration Groups</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Application Management</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td>Old name</td><td>New name</td></tr><tr><td>Groupes</td><td>Application Groups</td></tr><tr><td>Rôles</td><td>Application Roles</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">New image definition details</h2>

<p>We’ve added support for more granular image definitions management, allowing users to change specific image properties such as operating system, Provisioner Roles, and to see dependent resources directly in the details.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="521" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-4-1024x521.webp" alt="Image definitions details" class="wp-image-22872" srcset="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-4-1024x521.webp 1024w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-4-300x153.webp 300w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-4-768x391.webp 768w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-4-1536x781.webp 1536w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-4.webp 1920w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/changelog-march-2025-4-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Better performance in Scripted Actions</h2>

<p>Execution speed and response handling in <strong>Actions scénarisées</strong> has been optimized. This results in faster execution times and improved stability, especially in complex workflows.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Overall performance improvements of complete XOAP platform</h2>

<p>We’ve rolled out various backend and frontend optimizations that enhance platform responsiveness, reduce memory usage, and improve load times across modules.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">New DSC Baseline module 0.1.15 (required)</h2>

<p>The updated DSC Baseline module introduces minor bug fixes and compatibility improvements. This version is now required for all XOAP deployments to ensure consistent baseline configuration behavior.</p>

<p><strong>Please note: this is a breaking change.</strong> All existing DSC configurations must be recompiled using the new baseline module to ensure compatibility. Failure to do so may result in unexpected behavior or failed deployments. The updated module brings improved stability and aligns with upcoming enhancements to the DSC engine.</p>

<p>For details on the new module version, see the <a href="https://dev.xoap.io/docs/configxo-modules/#7-toc-title" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">DSC Modules documentation</a>.</p>

<p>To learn how to recompile your configurations, follow the guide <a href="https://dev.xoap.io/docs/configxo-configurations/#re-compile" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ici</a>.</p>

<p>We reimplemented the Connections area completely to match the look and feel of the current XOAP platform. You can now edit created connections and adjust details such as description and check where the connection is assigned to in other modules.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-1-1024x531.png" alt="New Connections" class="wp-image-16142"/></figure>

<p>We added Google Cloud to the list of supported cloud providers. You can now add your credentials based on a JSON file.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-2-1024x531.png" alt="GCP in Connections" class="wp-image-16143"/></figure>

<p>We are currently supporting Google Cloud connections in platform.XO and Scripted Actions.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">plateforme.XO</h2>

<p>Google CLI support in Scripted Actions. You can now write PowerShell scripts with Google CLI and run those scripts against your Google Cloud accounts.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="531" src="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-3-1024x531.png" alt="Run scripts against Google Cloud accounts" class="wp-image-16144" srcset="https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-3-1024x531.png 1024w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-3-300x156.png 300w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-3-768x398.png 768w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-3-1536x797.png 1536w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-3-2048x1062.png 2048w, https://dev.xoap.io/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/changelog-september-2024-3.webp 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">image.XO</h2>

<p>We added all options for the AWS builder. Now you can configure even more specific parameters for your AWS images.</p>
